What is Hypnosis?

Hypnosis is a form of counseling that allows a certified practitioner to aid clients with their subconscious needs. Always make sure that a Hypnotist or Hypno-Therapist is certified before seeking out their help. The subconscious mind is a very delicate thing, and anyone that accesses your subconscious needs to have your full consent before they are allowed to do it per the law. How is Hypnosis done?

1. You speak with a hypnosis professional one on one about your concerns, mostly what you want to work on. Keep in mind that Hypnosis is not Psycho-therapy and cannot be called it or considered it by a hypnosis professional unless they are a Certified Psychotherapist. If you feel you need one on one psycho therapy, then look up psychotherapy professionals. 2. After a 10-20 minute conversation, the hypnosis professional will speak to you about which exercises they want to have you practice in order to tailor your experience to your needs.  3. The hypnosis exercises involve ways to help you relax so that you can be placed in a meditative state. The reason you need to be in a meditative state, is to be relaxed enough to access your subconscious. Some people don't have a problem accessing theirs, but there are some people that do have that problems.
