Take a Moment

Take Time    whatever is going on in your day, week or year... ...just take a moment in this very momnet to take a pause and breathe in, relax, let your mind wander or let go of thoughts. Take a deep breath. Relax. Let it out.  Again. Again, and again. Now breathe normal. Good luck with your day.
